XCOM Enemy Unknown was well optimized for PCs when it was released in 2012, and we don`t expect anything else from XCOM 2. Hopefully, Firaxis bucks the trend of having only a small part of the game on disc. Something that companies like Bethesda and Konami have attributed with their games, namely Fallout 4 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
I get about 20FPS on low (15-25FPS in general, but more often on the high end). Still playable for a turn-based game, although that`s well below the minimum specification, although it`s obviously not ideal. I would say go ahead if you have similar specifications.
